Couples’ Care (spouses, partners) is a service that we have been providing for many years now. As couples grow older together, they often support and care for each other. There may come a time when one or both could require some sort of home care service.

Financially, it is generally less expensive for two people who reside together to receive care together. Couples discount rate applies.

Caring Hearts Couples’ Care “Heart of Gold” service is tailored to our couples needing assistance during their morning, afternoon and evening routines. 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts.

1. A spouse or partner is acting as the primary caregiver of the other and the primary caregiver is suddenly unable to continue in that capacity.
2. One spouse or partner would tend to the household management of the laundry, meals, kitchen, housekeeping, driving to appointments, booking appointments, and obtaining quotes from outside individuals, and service companies for repairs.
3. One or both individuals find a need to start home care assistance in order to continue to remain living in their own homes and cannot live alone without additional support.
4. Couples residing in Independent Living, Assisted Living homes/facilities may wish to have the additional care support of their own caregiver during certain days and times of the week. This type of service also provides local and long-distance families peace of mind when hiring our home care agency.

Our personal care service is provided when someone needs some level of assistance with their Activities of Daily Living. This heart of gold service provides 1:1 care support. Our caregivers are carefully assigned and must be able to perform hands-on care and assist with mobility such as transfers in and out of bed, and wheelchair to the recliner. We provide assistance with:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Feeding and personal hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance

Caring Hearts’ Personal Care “Heart of Gold” service is tailored to our clients’ needs during their morning, afternoon and evening routines.

Our compassionate caregivers provide our clients with ongoing care in 12-hour shifts either during the days, nights, or both shifts for 24-Hour clock care. This service usually requires 1 to 2 caregivers per day.

Included are all services under Home Care Services and Household Management. In addition, we also provide administrative support, a customized care plan, and an administrative care team that can coordinate with you, others, outside services companies, and other care professionals upon authorization.

We provide up to 1 weekly home visit plus a phone and email follow-up after the visit.
