A Note From the Founder
Caring Hearts of Sedona started 19 years ago as a small, locally focused agency to assist seniors in residential and facility settings.
I was inspired by my grandmothers wishes to remain living at home and started the business as I reminisced back on my own life’s experiences of caring for others over the years.
My grandmother partially depended upon a home health agency for nursing, rehabilitation services after suffering a massive stroke.
Even though my grandmother became wheelchair bound for the rest of her life she was able to remain living in her home with assistance.
Since 1994, I have been providing compassionate care to families and their loved ones through all aspects of caregiving. My career began working as a nursing assistant in long term care facilities and home health agencies in OH & AZ. I have continued my lifetime passion of caring for others through Caring Hearts of Sedona.
Connecting with families, clients and caregivers, both on a personal and professional level, allows the true meaning of providing a warm, caring service that comes from my heart.
With almost 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, there stands a formula to the success and longevity of the business. Keys to success in any home care business is hiring the best caregivers, providing them with the best training, and to employ master matching techniques to provide the best caregiving experience.
Still to this day I reflect back on why and how this journey began. I am so thankful for all of the support of my co-workers and the families who placed their trust in me and the rest of my care team. It has been my honor and pleasure to have played a tiny role in such an important part of people’s lives.
I look forward to providing you and your loved ones with a fine team of caring individuals who are here because they really care about others and want to make a difference in someone’s life.
